BUSH WINS!

It seems it's almoust official since Sen. Kerry phoned President Bush this morning to concede the election, according to White House spokesman Scott McClellan.

Mr. Kerry is expected to make a public concession speech tonight.

I think that Kerry agreed to concede defeat in order to spare the country 'the turmoil of another drawn-out election'

One Kerry adviser said the campaign had concluded that the too-close-to-call battleground state of Ohio was not going to come through for the Democrats.

The adviser said there was no way to gain votes on Bush without an "exhaustive fight," something that would have "further divided this country."

Kerry proved to be a Gentleman and a responsible politician.

Bush wins!

It's not only on the PerformYourMagic BLOG, it's official, on CNN! ;-)

Congrats George!

Let's hope for PEACE and Prosperity!

We don't have a winner yet.Courts may decide agian the US PRESIDENT.

It seems that the U.S. election system failed to choose a winner on voting day for the second straight presidential contest, raising the possibility that the courts may have to break a deadlock between George W. Bush and his challenger Sen. John Kerry.

Bush was leading Kerry in a race that may hinge on Ohio and not be decided for (some say)at least 11 days, when provisional ballots are counted. Excluding Ohio, Bush had 254 electoral votes, 16 short of the 270 required for victory. Kerry had 252 electoral votes, according to network projections. Results for New Mexico and Iowa were delayed, officials said.

This impasse may delay decisions affecting the Iraq war, such as a possible U.S.-led attack on insurgents in Fallujah, and legislation including a bill to revise the U.S. intelligence system, said Charles Pena, director of defense policy studies at the Cato Institute in Washington.

``It may not be politically feasible to do some things, and until we know the outcome everything is on hold,'' Pena said.

More than that, the decision delay drops the confidence in some U.S. financial markets because of the uncertainty.''

In Ohio, the main issue is as many as 250,000 'provisional ballots' -- meaning those cast by voters whose names didn't appear on registration rolls -- in Ohio. By law, the validity of those ballots must be determined and all eligible ones counted.

(It reminds me of the 'well-known' Romanian "urna-mobila"...)

The ideea is that With 99.9 percent of the votes counted, Bush led by 134,000 votes in Ohio, which has 20 electoral votes.

And if Bush wins Ohio...he is re-elected.

Mr. President had already won 28 states to get his 254 electoral votes. Mr. Kerry, the four-term senator from Massachusetts, had won 19 states and Washington D.C., taking 252 electoral votes.

Bush led in the popular vote, 51 percent to 48 percent.

For the first time in a presidential election, all states are required to let voters cast provisional ballots if their registration status was in question.

"A lot of people tried to vote last time and ended up not being able to! This time they won't be shut out entirely.'' said Vikram Amar, a professor of constitutional law at the University of California and a former Supreme Court clerk.

Bush supporters said Kerry wouldn't win enough provisional ballots to take Ohio. As I said befor Mr. President has an advantage of 134,000 in Ohio for the moment

"Based on our experience in Ohio politics, we believe that the president's lead in Ohio is clear and that it cannot be surmounted,'' Ohio's Republican Senators Mike DeWine and George Voinovich said in a statement. "Senator Kerry should concede defeat and spare the country the turmoil of another drawn- out election.''

Mr. Justin Kadima, Integration Department Manager at Kondiment Solutions also declared: "I also back up the ideea that Bush won the US elections, but it seems that nobody quotes me..."

Votergasm!

After you read this post, please read the previous one also. It's important! Trust me!
You can find out what Mr. G. W. Bush knew a long time ago: who will become the President of Romania!

Have you ever heard of
votergasm
or
http://votergasm.org

It seems it's time to DO IT! Time to VOTE and... more...

Votergasm is a social campaign initiated by the Harvard, Columbia and Wisconsin Universities’ ALUMNI. The Americans are asked or invited NOT to have sex with their(Non-Voter) partners for a week! if he or she (the partner) will not vote.

Since more than 50.000 Americans joined this initiative, I was thinking about something similar in ROMANIA!

ASE ? Poli ? UniBuc? What are you Romanian Alumni say about it?
What are the Romanian students thinking about such a campaign? Timisoara, CLUJ, IASI?

Should we prepare some hot ‘elections parties’? I heard that there is nothing more exhilarating than… voting. But the day's work is not yet complete: there is still the hot, hot election-night ‘sex’. There's no better place to find it than an election-night Votergasm Party… ;-)

Here are your alternatives in joining the CAMPAIGN:

Citizen:
I pledge to withhold sex from non-voters for the week following the election.
Patriot:
I pledge to have sex with a voter on election night and withhold sex from non-voters for the week following the election.
American (Romanian) Hero:
I pledge to have sex with a voter on election night and withhold sex from non-voters for the next four years.

I am waiting for your comments!

Don't forget to read the previous post carefuly! IT's important and essential! ;-)

Leading by example, bringing new visions and following others’ ideas if better, getting involved and remaining involved in the non-profit sector, building teams, organizations and fighting with a performing enthusiasm to implement the most challenging projects, believing in my and our most daring dreams until the end, focusing on the solutions and not on the problems, thinking and acting proactively, transforming difficulties into opportunities that’s how I plan to help myself, my company, my community and my country develop.

I am ‘alive’ and I want to be the change I want around me! I believe in our Romania and I am sure that we can change something only as a network and not as lonely separate islands of new ideas, enthusiasm and progress.

BUSH, KERRY & Dracula

BUSH & CARY... US president wanna bees...;-) and more! They are also distant cousins...and more...

President Bush and John Kerry are not only distant cousins -- they can be traced back to Count Dracula.

That's according to Provo's reputable genealogical research company MyFamily-dot-com.

The search firm says both presidential candidates are loosely related through as many as 34 generations to the man who became known as Count Dracula!

He was born in 1431 as Prince Vlad the third, and he ruled southern Romania for a time.

MyFamily-dot-com says it showed the bloodthirsty warlord's connection to modern times have a little fun before Halloween.
But the company insists it's NOT making this up -- Bush and Kerry and thousands of others descended from County Dracula's family.
Of course,

If researchers could trace back relations to the dawn of human history, they could show that everybody's related to everybody... ;-) and that we all are the image of our Creator...

Just for fum and thinking about the election day tommorow.

If you have the time, please post a comment: IF YOU WOULD BE AN U.S. CITIZIEN, who would you vote for?
